Incredible Transformation: Lady Gaga Goes Simple

Controversial singer Lady Gaga (25), who is known for her crazy outfits, surprised everyone at a dinner in Beverly Hills, when she showed up in an elegant black dress and looked like a real lady.

Gaga usually performs in crazy creations that could double as art installations. With layers of makeup and wigs, it's hard to imagine her without all of that.

In a long black dress with her hair let down, it appears she might actually be relaxing from the circus that is happening around her.
